CYBER is a strange vhs-humaniod TV being, with the ability to manifest anything from his screen, with quite a strange look, it will appear monochrome in black and white, and unfortunately whatever he spawns is very leathal or dangerous. He has lengthy limbs being able to bend and twist anyway he perfers. He can get quite shy if you try to socialize with him. (He likes to go into malls at night and steal all the funky looking clothes, lol)

(The "cords" are attached to his upper back, like Mewtwo.)
