For the many people who used emails that don’t exist or forgot their emails password

Try using an already existing email that you remember (including gmail, yahoo maybe idk, iCloud and others that you can easily access)
Then click “update email” and use it as your verification
Once you click verify you will be sent an email, if you used a gmail or iCloud account I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to find it easily if you have a gmail app or iCloud “mail” app

Or just use their websites on the web
