I had the worst night of my life

I'm sick, my head and my throat hurts and i struggle to walk and I'm hot asf (literally) and this night i barely slept if i even did, i vomited twice and i felt like i was about to die
I stayed in the bathroom for like 20 minutes to see if i get better or if my body just throws it off
