Depends on how you feel honestly, if you care abt them and its really bothering you badly try and talk to them and go from there or if your just emotionally checked out talk to them abt it and move on
A situation like this is delicate and most things can be solved by talking but if they forgot abt you then it would definitely need to be addressed hope this helps
