You may still converse with your father about it, But keep this in mind if your still struggling with it, Or after youve talked to your father about it, Then advice him to go to therapy about that issue, And since i dont really know a proper way to deal with it i might have to deep dive into it. But you may keep it in mind, Just assumed alot of things in my said text..

I talked to 1 of my sisters, now it's ok to me bc this always happens, and about my dad it's not the first time he used to do it and will never stop he have the same issue of me anger

Talking to them before recommending may increase the chances of it actually occuring, Gaining trust and self thought amongst your family members.

You are indeed a kid, But doesnt mean you cant do a thing about it, You may talk to your mother about it and your father and your sisters, They might disagree on getting family therapy but, It may be worth a try, But also before that, Talk to them about your problems with the said issues that youve had when interacting or talking to them, Whether your father hits you or takes your phone or yells at you.. But i can understand a fathers reason, Did he mention anything about privacy and strangers online?, If so then talk to him about it, On how many strangers are not the same thing as in your mind, And i can protect myself against them and i have my friends to support me against dangerous people.., But these are just ideas that you may do, 1 is Talking to them, 2 is Recommending family therapy to your family. 3 letting it all out.
