I should probably say that, For the most part i havent had time for myself to deal with this type of shit to be honest, I havent really thought out of an answer, But can you say how you may not feel sympathy or guilt or embarrassment?, Even if little there may be some, I might start assuming because i dont really know so i may ask this question, What is it that you seek?.
