(Not an animation(FAKE BLOOD BTW)) I'm making a TADC au haha

IVE BEEN WANTING TO SHARE THIS EVER SINCE I STARTED HOURS AGO!!!! anyways info copied and pasted from my notes app that hold all the info for the au so far. Only Ragatha is like, pretty much done? Her design is final I think, but I hate a feeling I'd change it in the future. ANYWAYS;

Halloween AU! (This is still a digital world)
Caine is the owner of the REAL haunted mansion that visitors (NPCS) think is fake. The mansion is a HANDS-ON attraction (is that the right word?), and visitors are aware of this before paying and entering. The cast members (human players) are the scare actors.
The virtual world is more like a game than a show, with money being very important.

* Ragatha would be a haunted old doll, like chucky. She would be a killer doll, but she has a big heart and tries to not scare the visitors too bad. She uses a toy cleaver as a weapon. The cleaver is plastic and dull, but can still hurt if hit with it hard enough. Ragatha though would never do that, she'll just throw it hard on the ground for a loud noise the scare the visitor. She'll also jump out at them and swing her cleaver in random directions, but not AT the visitors. If she ever accidently hits them, she'd stop and apologize. "Oooooh my god, I am SO sorry, I didn't mean to do that. Are you okay?". She's very caring and motherly, but will still do her job for Caine. She has a lot of fake blood on her to look scary, and instead of a button for an eye it's a sewn on fake eye. It moves, but no one knows why, since it's made out of fabric. Ragatha can see out of the eye.

Umm that's all. I have others but I may not share it bc they're just a buncha ideas that aren't final. I have no clue what to make Zooble, Jax, and what type of ghost Gangle would be. Maybe Gangle would change into a mummy, idk. Kinger will be a zombie? I'm not completely sure on that.

I'm not necessarily saying he's controlling them, but more of a being a boss, as a little form of controlling, but not necessarily.

Caine was gonna be a vampire, but since you brought up him being a puppeteer, I accidently read it as puppet and instantly liked it XD. Bc I don't want it to be him controlling the crew. This AU is less dark and more spooky. So I can imagine Caine being a puppet unaware of him being one. Like if OG Caine was unaware that he's an AI. And he can do silly movements and shake his whole body when mad. He would be attached to strings that lead to who knows where. Besides, what if something or someone was controlling Caine? That could be cool 👀

I do like the eyes part. Maybe the haunted mansion could have a lot of fake eyes in paintings 'n such that, when you're not looking, will stare at you. And eyes in bottles. Anyways the money part is covered in my notes, but it's too long and I don't think I should share it yet.

An idea i had for Caine: he still is the one in CHARGE, I'd think of him being a puppeteer, using the others as puppets to scare/etc people, using them to get money, while they're not in control. So as of design idea, caine might like fake eyes/or plastic eyes in jars, since I'd see him loving attention since to scare someone you get thejr attention, and you pay attention to Money. Also do love your idea of an AU ^^
