I know it can be hard to do but I say you aks your mom to talk and talk about your anxiety tell her what's wrong and she'll probably help you

It's not really that, bc ever since my dad had the heart attack, I've been really nice to him, proving I AM capable of not being an asshole, but somehow I always manage to be a total dick.
