I was able to ask for help from my sister
I have supports and such right now, and im trying to learn different ways to get that pain without hurting myself
I have chronical depression and its hard to get things done
i lost all interest in roleplay and such
ive done it for years

anyway i finally told my sister and she helped me and showed me a way to do it
so I'll share it with you guys who want to hurt yourself and dont have to fo through what i did

get some ice and put it in your hand and hold it tight
it'll hurt but it wont harm you
dont do what i did
it'll make others worry for you and its like a vape
once you start, you cant get enough and need more
im trying to fight the addiction right now

so yes, im relapsing

but im gonna do my best
for cleo
and my friend group
they all worry for me
and
i dont want to keep them worried
