Idk I just, look down see parts I hate that are tied to gender.
This morning (a bit earlier) it was harsh.
I began to dig my nails into my skin and drag..
hyperventilating.
seeing spots and feeling uneasy.
My mind was in a diffrent place, It just kept yelling at me in the many voices or memories stuck on loop.
I had. (those) thoughts again but heavy. Like a downpour. Drowning.

Trying to keep this short and simple so I don't work up the tears again
