Hope this can tie you guys over until I do some more figuring things out!
Simon Senip

Simon Senip is a 38-year-old male librarian! He's absolutely boring and such a square! Surely there's nothing interesting or note-worthy about him. Or is there?
Simon Senip, or his true name [Orion Pines] was a normal citizen in a normal world. In his timeline, Bill Cipher didn't leave a trace. And neither did strange urban legends and mythical creatures inhabiting any part of the world. Stanford instead studied mutations and any other science subject he could get his hands on. He became a successful and famous scientist, inspiring many to come, including Dipper. Stanley got arrested and put in prison, after so many escapes, which led to Standford slowly bonding with him by visiting. And the summer for the pine twins was utterly normal.
Fast forward some decades or so, and Simon was born!
*Simon has a twin who isn't mentioned yet!
But this plain boring life left Simon absent of passion. He wished, everyday, for something interesting to happen. And whaddya know, he makes a deal with the dream conductor, Ole!
Anywho, he gets launched into the main timeline, disguising himself in order not to mess up timelines!
Fun Facts!:
He'll get shy if you try and start a conversation with him if it's unrelated to work. It'll make him happy if you do though!
He sometimes lets Ole possess him.
When someone says he looks like one of the Pines, mentions the Pines, or anything, he goes into a nervous wreck and acts as though he doesn't know the name. No one suspects a thing!
When presented with romantic interaction, he freezes up like a nervous, stiff board.

Ole Lucid is a charming dream conductor who's making sure everything goes accordingly in your dreams!
(Backstory includes spoilers about the book of bill)
Ole wasn't raised well in his dimension, and his parents were extremely conflicted shapes. Thus, he resented everyone he met and even bullied anyone who was as flawed as himself. Including the one and only, Bill Cipher. But when Ole decided to pick on Bill's eye and tried to beat him up in an alleyway, Billy used his strange abilities and blasted Ole's eye off. Screaming in agony, Ole sunk to the floor, grasping his face. Bill nervously scampered away, not knowing exactly what happened. The blast had more of an impact than just burning his eye off permanently. Bills powers exposed his eyes to the universe. The stars. It showed him the axolotl, and a lot more. Ole wasn't seen for a long time, that is, until the destruction of his dimension! Before he died, he prayed to the axolotl, which worked. He would be spared under the condition that he would contribute to the multiverse in some way. Which he became a sandman! Or, a dream conductor or sorts. After making deals and deals, he got himself his own, new, snazzy humaniod body!
(This is an alternate version of the event in where Bill destroyed his dimension)
Fun Facts!:
Ole made a deal with Simon Senip, where he brings him to the main timeline in exchange to occasionally possess his body.
Ole hates how Simon dresses, and when he does possess him, he tries to make him look dapper.
He regrets his old self heavily, and wants to apologize to Bill. But given that Bill is his 'competitor', it's a tad late for that.
He's not evil!
