How does this algorithm work exactly?

Do I need to post at a specific time?
Do I need to go around promoting my artwork?
I'm confused I really don't like complaining about this but I can't help but feel like my art isn't good enough cuz I spend hours on something for only 6 people to see it
Again I don't want to sound annoying or anything I'm just want to know what I can do to actually y'know be on the algorithm and actually have people see that I've put effort into something

Do I need to do reposts?
