My most common hallucination is called Beatrice and idk what to think of her she's just really menacing😭

What I did is I named my sleep paralysis demon and created Goofy ah lore to him and now he's just a little silly

they are in my room

are they in your basement

I wish I could somehow convince my mind that they're not real and I just need to sleep
