Ok uhh I might need some help with creating a new OC

Ok so basically what I want to make is some kind of villainous character. But more like someone who is mean just because they can be. And I've already made a bunch of dragon and cat OCs so idk what to do lol. Other types of animals I'm thinking it could be are some kind of bird (most likely a bird of prey) a wolf, fox (but both wolf and fox for that personality are basic at this point) or maybe a rodent.
