Spookeh dream I had.last night

Me: -laying on my bed facing the wall-
Unknown voice: don’t move…
Me: what why?!
Unknown voice: she is watching you… behind you…
Me: who?!
Unknown voice: I have to go… goodluck…
Me: -panicked-

(Then I wake up the next day. I think I had a sleep paralysis last night because as soon as he said “DONT move” I froze and couldn’t move.)

I had a similar experience were I felt awake but then I saw what I thought was my little brother sit on my bed to talk to me. After a bit I realize it's not him and I say "your not my brother" and he just stares at me as if he didn't like that and I realize I can move and it stayed like that for a long wile until I woke up. Crazy scary experience
