New oc for now. I have created a new creature

Its a lizard half dragon half oxelot
His name his cookie
Age 5
Hes a fish and an animal he breathes air and water.
he likes to stay in bushes mostly underground in Burrows
he doesn't really come outside during the daytime but he's active at night sometimes
he will eat smaller fish rats mice even a baby shark even the tiny squid and bugs and some other animals sometimes
Hes nice and very quiet never talks
but he does make a weird chirping noises

I looked up a picture of it and that's what the creature looks like so I guess that's what it is.
