So is anyone good at making Minecraft skins?

I have actually been getting into Minecraft and I really want a skin of my OC but I don't have access to anything to make it look good, if anyone knows how I can possibly work out some sort of payment?
I can't really pay in money cause my dad would never let me but I whatever works ig
