So, my mom and my dog, Ruby, were in the garage, with the garage door open. Someone else was walking by with their dog when suddenly their dog just yanked the leash out of their hands and attacked Ruby. I was in another room, and I hear barking and Ruby yelping in pain. I go over to the garage and I see the other dog holding down their bite on Ruby's leg. The owner of the other dog was trying to get them off of Ruby but the dog was holding on tightly. I could only watch the whole thing go down, because I didn't know how I could help at the time. Thankfully the other dog finally let go, and the owner apologized profusely and offered to pay for the vet bill.
