Sorry for not being online and not commenting much
I had this big test I had to do in school and I'm still shaking :P and with sudden fast movements or loud noises I flinch but REALLLYYY badly, I always did this before (past trauma that I'm not going to say) but it wasn't that bad, the flinches. :< but now its getting worse welp.
