Presupposed
(Misunderstanding may come and be resolved <Dependingly>, but assuming and generalizing someone can come off as frustrating for the person, especially when they are not questioned and guided throughly, especially when assuming they're just "Young" and "Immature" without getting to actually know the person or try to attempt to get them to explain themselves and have their view, rather than quickly pressuming that they are "IMMATURE" and need of humility, even though it is both party in need of humility, but it gets worse, since, if the younger person show's humility and willingness to correct and learn, but the older party just dismissively says "Just wait and don't do this for now, your not in the position" No one is supposed to be silent especially when they are knowledgeable enough and have had prior experiences, and come to leading on their decision on this and that, it can come off as dismissive and over generalizing)
(And, the person may be already have been guiding people to the truth or whatnot, but you wouldn't know except to ask it, rather than to quickly pressume <If the younger is truthful> and nonetheless, the younger party is still learning and would be willing to correct their mistakes, why not guide them properly than to just say this and this?, it's like gatekeeping an important part of their life and even info they may need. As of also saiyng you need this position to do this and that, if that's not EVEN the requirement, when the young party said where they've learnt, ask curiously where and how, not quickly assume "And you plan on doing this?". And nonetheless, it's not like their sole focus is that <If it is, then it may be an issue and would need to be adressed and discussed throughly>)
(It's a position of no amount of evidence, only assuming their position's and knowledge and humility. It goes away as like a pharisee when positioning it like this)
<Yes, I'd like to share as well. I am not an official Baptized Eastern Orthodox, but i proclaim myself as one and proudly, I'm still waiting to be of age>
(It is immature to already pressume someone without much evidence and other's, especially when the person doesn't have a chance to answer <Depends on a situation>)
