Thomas Miller is now pronounced deceased, he was found lifeless in his chair faced towards a Sonic the Hedgehog gameover screen. There was foam at the corner of his mouth, he seemed to have vomited during his epileptic episode. Investigators believe that the Sonic 1 Rom hack was filled with hazards such as loud noises and flashing imagery that lead to Tom’s epilepsy being triggered. The vomit was likely caused by a frequency that was played by the game that caused Tom’s stomach to jitter and cause him to projectile vomit, akin to white noise and it’s properties. Authorities are still suspect to who gave Tom the Usb stick, as unidentifiable fingerprints were found in multiple areas of the room including on Tom’s body and even inside of his mouth and throat.
