My thoughts {IMPORTANT}

I don’t normally dip into a drama’s waters. I am not a very confrontational person but I feel like this is important for me to share my thoughts on since this is over a serious situation.
I come from a partially jewish and partially Christian family. My mom’s side of the family being Jewish and my dad’s side of the family being Christian. In the past I celebrated both holidays as it was a way of being respectful to both cultures in my mother’s eyes before her problems surfaced. Outside of that I am not a very religious person but I do believe in god. I just do not go to church nor have I read the bible.

However I understand what it means to respect cultures mutually because of how I was raised and I can see the appeal into both religions. I do not believe in what Adolf Hitler was doing in the slightest. Many perished during those times, children included. May it be stylistic choice or general like into Nazi politics, I do not support you. I do not care how long we’ve been friends or if you are a nice person. What happened back then was wrong and it’s taught today to prevent the same mistake happening again.

Drawing Nazi stuff and telling a younger group of people that it’s okay as long as it’s the style is wrong in every way. I feel disrespected heavily as I couldn’t imagine being friends with someone who would watch another friend go through that stuff all over a religious belief. The boy in the striped pajamas is a great example of tragic situations always have bad endings, I suggest you watch it if you think any good comes from that era.

And to you Ghosteye. Though you were my friend for long in my eyes, I will not follow nor support you, as in my eyes you’re projecting dangerous ideas to a younger audience. I deeply am sorry for your troubles and losses but our point of contact ends where it began, on Animemaker. Thank you for good times, but this is bye.
