ONE OF MY EARPHONES STOPPED WORKING 💔💔💔

I was cleaning them from earwax and suddenly, one of them got super quiet, like barely audible. The other is just fine. They are only 10 months old,..
If the problem doesn’t fix itself I’m gonna go buy new ones, cuz I physically cannot survive without earphones.
