Reworking the bad imo twisteds from Dandy's world(Shelly Sprout astro)

Astro:no matter what everyone will have slowness 1(10% less speed) and tired 2(45% less stamina regeneration 15% more stamina loss).astro makes everyone lazy in blackouts no indicators will happen if you get seen.when seen by astro you immediately get slowness 3 for 3 secounds(50% less speed)this is shortened to slowness 1 after for the duration of the chase(15% less speed this stacks with vee's slowness in total 55% less speed)and tired 3(65% less stamina regeneration 10% more stamina loss).when you get out of chase astro sleeps for 10 secounds making him unable to see anybody but making a pulse slowing anyone near by 25% this awakens him making him enraged speeding up by 85% guaranteeing a hit for 5 secounds

Sprout:sprout can give a corrupt cupcake to a random twisted every 50 secounds this speeds up the twisted by 45% for 30 secounds and makes their attention span 2 secounds longer.sprout can band his head into a machine this stuns him for 3 secounds as he falls to the ground but makes whoever gets on that machine gets slowness for 5 secounds(40% less speed)alerting all twistedsto that machine if unoccupied slight cracks will appear in the machine to show it's malfunctioned this dissappears after 60 secounds.sprout rises a tentacle out of the ground when chasing up to 2 can be on the map toons who walk into this gets removes 30 stamina and 1 heart

Shelly:Shelly has the instinct of a velociraptor when seeing a toon she stops for 2 secounds before ramming foward gaining 35 run speed hitting a toon gives that toon 50% less speed for 4 secounds and does 1 damage. Shelly doesn't inspire anymore she puts you down every machine will be bugged making all skillchecks 1 star or 20% less unit size if already 1 star and 25% less extraction speed.when someone completes a machine Shelly gets 60% faster for 12 secounds.shelly picks up items digesting it this gives her 3% more speed.
