During Discus practice on fri my coaches weren’t happy with 2 ppl bc they left TWO water bottles around the previous practice…as punishment everyone had to go up and down the LONG AND TALL bleachers three times……
As you may know…. I’m not too fit so I was dying after the first round lol anyhow how are u guys doing?

One time at taekwondo, one of our instructors were so tired of everyone saying 67 that he made us do 60 pushups, and the next session we did 60 frog jumps.. it was horrible
