Cuuuuz my sibling hid in my room at midnight, standing in the darkest area, just a faint glow of my tv that BARELY highlighted a human figure

I never jumped so hard out of my skin b4 and broski keeps randomly doing it

I’m very afraid of the dark and it’s because I don’t know what’s in it. It’s totally normal and the way I cope of it is repeatedly saying nothing is there. If I think something is there i either turn my head the other way

Idk man, occasionally looking in dark spaces I immediately feel watched or someones there

It spikes my heart rate so I quickly cut on light to calm down the fear, mostly happens when getting up or going to bed
