I'm ready for new Moonlight!!!!

You know I was thinking of putting those Sparkly things on her hair because in my opinion it makes her hair more pretty. Same thing with her pigtails! But no sparkles on her tail because I mean, who would notice her tail!? (Maybe because it's so big)
