I need help

So when I'm dating someone I get nervous and scared
One time I got so nervous I had to break of with the girl two days after we got together
And the thought of dating someone scares me
But I also want to be loved romantically like I wanna be in a relationship but the thought also scares me idk
What's going on uh
It's like if I get to much intimacy by like someone who I think likes me I get nervous and not the good kind
But I will repeat I do want to date someone

Well I don't think it's good to not question why you are feeling a way I think figuring out why you feel this way is good so you can find a solution

Hmm.. only advice i can give is that don't thik too much... I mean don't think why you feel in certain way..don't question your feelings...
