I think it's partially because it's a woman (female is disgusting btw) harassing a dude but also because of the fact that frank made that anime idolizing it. Like legit it has him blushing n saying "love"as one of the panels so if you don't read the full bio you're all like "uwu crush poor babey in love uwu owo" n I think that's partially what happened.
