If Frank continues to choose to be a dick then he can expect to get treated that way back, because he deserves it. If he want’s to be a decent fucking person and actually apologize for all the shit he’s done to Tank, then i’m sure he can expect no more coming from him.
And yes, Tank can block frank but he chooses not to, he doesn’t block anyone.
