People have the right to hate him for it.
He has treated Tank horribly for over a month and has probably made him more uncomfortable than ever. And threatening to rape, kill, fuck, and other perverted things towards a child is absolutely horrendous.
Whos to say he wont do this to another kid?
Frank is fucking 16 yrs old and knows better.
He has not changed his act.
He has not shown Tank any respect.
He has not given an actual apology.
And he has yet to leave him alone.
