And other ways, I flinch easily too when someone puts their hand up, I just keep my eyes close. Expecting them to do something

Hugging is not one of the things I would do. And I do not recommend hugging me, nor touching me, cuase it will led to trauma experience.. And I would have a mental breakdown when being touched..
