I personally think this was a good decision than a good one

Gee--I think you're forgetting about rape ? About women and young teenage females that are being forced to cary the costant reminder of the man that hurt them and haunts them. The man that constantly makes them live in fear,but go ahead and state your shitty opinion-also foster care isnt available to certain people. Some people dont have acess to that or programs to help.
