I’m sorry for your lost :( try and find another person to help you with that. Like someone close to you. Sometimes taking a minute to lay down and think about what’s going on. I’ve never really had a stress attack but I know people who have had a couple. And I know that it’s really annoying. Talking with people can really help you get through things I would recommend that just being honest with people who are making you feel stressed is a really good thing if that is the case
