Sorry for bothering you kenmaz but a good thing that could help everyone is that when an account gets banned that their IP gets banned at least for a day or a week, because there had been situations like the "BLOODYBOY" one, where the guy I just mentioned has been saying really bad things (which I don't want to mention) and when his account gets deleted he creates a new one and he does the game over and over again.
Other reason could be for avoiding the porn makers who keep creating accounts and sexually harassing other users
