It isn't broken, it just shows random animes that are on ranking instead of in order so everyone gets a chance of being in front page if they're on ranking or something like that
Ik its not broken, but getting in the front page for a short time is bad like short fame cause getting in the popular section was hard back at the time. Would even refresh in a week
