History: N0rman was originally a human, and how he became the way he is currently unknown. He had a brother and a niece, but killed them both, ate their bodies and went on to kill multiple children. He was found in a forest with a young child in 1998, and brought into A.R.R.O.W.'s captivity.
Neutralization Method: N0rman is kept in a room protected by an airtight steel door. The temperature and humidity must not get under 77°f and 66%. No cameras or video surveillance is permitted inside of the room, only audio devices.

Ability: Looking at N0rman in any way (through pictures, videos, etc.) will cause paralysis, heart attacks, or, at the worst, possession. The only way to communicate is through voice. When possessed, a victim of N0rman will become extremely aggressive attempting to kill and, rarely, eat others. N0rman is extremely narcissistic and will make a "fuss" if he escapes.
