On with part of your hair do you feel the spider if it's on skin it could be a parasite of some kind if it's in hair it could be any kind of bug. In case it is on skin the best option is to go to doctor.
Idk if it gets on your skin just go to doctor there's a lot of parasites that can easily kill people if not dealt with in time.
