Do u , wow I'm happy I'm not alone , my art teacher has them , he usually chews a mint to stop them , so like he only ever does them once in a lesson but today he didn't have a mint and he had to go out of the classroom for a long time bc of them , I always feel sorry for people who have them bc ik what it feels like , according to my doctor I was ment to grow out of them at 10 , im 13 now and I still have them and there starting to get bad again
