Well rewriting this now, you first option is very strong if you do it right, (im shorting thus since I have to rewrite it) tdlr sort by new, comment on most post you see and comment something nice about there art, then ask them to watch your animation. Some people don't like being asked, so don't ask the same person twice to watch your animation. It may seem a bit shamefully, but it's a crime your post isn't in ranking and this will get it up there, unless it's glitched to where It cannot be there. If that's the case, go plan #2, essentially just add touchups to the animation, like touch ups to the line art or so, and Re-upload, since your animation did strongly, this should be boosted in ranking.
