It's not that big of a deal tbh
Now I wouldn't say ignore it but I wouldn't freak out either. Panicking makes stuff worse for yourself (ik that's hard to not panic about things but just try and calm down a bit.)
It's not like you committed a crime or killed someone. It'll be fine
