Have meetings, talk about how we can better our system so it's not corrupt, hire new people mostly as police so people don't do anything that could danger the group(it's not forceful, the police just monitor to see if anyone does anything that violates our laws), create alliances with other groups, prosper in our now very good wealth which we achieved through capitalism, and overall just try to do anything we can to get more powerful, and try to still exist for at least a decade
