It’s called a I found how to do it
Just draw a straight light the thickest possible straight then draw 2 dots above it then do the Frame bout 5 times and the place a dot at the top of the dot on both of them on the next frame then do the first step again and then do the white dot on the top of it again and then just reapeat as much as you want
