Its hard, i understand, its very hard and its slowly eating at ypur sanity and will but dont give up
Dont care about what they say, i know its hard to ignore as the words keep running through your head
Talk to people who care about you, tell them about yourself
Because if you dont and end up doing something darastic, those people will hate themselves
I know this is a hard time for you, i know you hate yourself but dont because you matter, your feelngs matter, your health matters, your life matters and no one in the world can change that fact
Please love yourself, because you matter to your family and friends no matter what ;)
