i weighed myself after not eating yesterday and its the same water weight crys
i just exersised 7.5k steps and 15 min bike riding mosy of it was uphil so i marked it as very vigorous effort bc 4/6 of thentime i was uphill and downhill goes very fast so it doesnt count as much burned 500 today
