so muscle composed of fascicles then sarcomella then myofibrils then myofilaments then two types of myofilaments myosin (thick) and actin (thin) then for the muscles to contract the myosin and actin slide pass eachother except the the sarcomere shortens exfept the myosin and actin thats why its called sliding filament model
