Hang in there. It’ll get better for sure! :)
Just keep moving, even just going through the motions is enough, so don’t push yourself till ya break. Sure people say it’s good to push past your limits but there is such thing as overdoing it. You should step back and breathe. Think about a place or a memory you like. Look for the little things, like your favorite color or something that makes you happy. Just slowly back away from the stress and find something to recharge your energy.
