Um sorry but a there is nothing that can just make Scp 096 forget in any from off canon tho you can stop him temporarily by giving him 999 and then gather all the people and letting him kill then orderly and then moving him back to his cell it’s the only option
The boss likes your idea , he does it every time anyway
By giving scp-999 to calm him down it worked last time a couple years ago ,, but we always put a special bag on his head so 096 doesn't see anyone
