Thanks, and dw about it man, just start off small like easy lifting dumbells, it'll slowly but surely give you enough strength to lift 30's & 45's. It takes time ngl

Ill give it a shot when i get home, im currently in Texas with my grandparents, they only have cardio workout equipment
