The dog is probably more comfortable by that, I dont know exactly (Maybe keep your pillows in a tight spot, Like tighting up and keeping it steady at the bed, Also at the air conditioning part, i Might assume that the dog is either comfortable there or its hot there and its dangerous, If it is dangerous then you should kind of tell your neighbor and restrict your dog from going there, The dog is probably fine, Mostly)
